Thanks Jean-Charles, always insightful!

I see a lot of (SaaS) companies investing in new product lines and then bundling it all (Agicap, Spendesk, Payfit, Alan also of course). It seems to me that this is happening faster than before (you would launch in other countries and focus on your market share before launching a new product).

What would be very interesting is to know the rationale of these arbitrages (creating a new product line vs expanding market share / expanding the features of the core product). I tend to think that it was easier to invest in new product lines these past 3-5 years while still growing the core product because of the "free" money in the VC market. In a sense, you did not have to make the arbitrage, you could do both.
