Add in the fourth leg of the stool (ok let's call it a chair now!)- prevention by positive lifestyle choices- not a great name but you see what I mean- an all encompassing look at shopping, food, meals, portion size, exercise, inflammation, relaxation- all designed to make sure that repair/cure is the last option, not the first option. With this data, you could then build an individual guide to improving your health. What's missing on the internet is not advice, it's trustable advice.
